By downloading, installing, or using KillerMatch (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KillerMatch ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use KillerMatch. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or guardian, and that your parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App • Rent, lease, sell, transfer, or sublicense the App • Use the App for any commercial purpose • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App • Use cheats, bots, automation software, or other unauthorized third-party software

KillerMatch offers optional in-app purchases, including premium content, hints, and subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Apple handles all refund requests in accordance with their App Store policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple directly through their standard refund process. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove in-app purchases at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance where legally required.

You agree not to use the App in any way that: • Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable • Infringes on any intellectual property rights • Involves hacking, cheating, or exploiting bugs or glitches • Disrupts or interferes with the security or integrity of the App • Impersonates any person or entity

The App and all its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, artwork, game mechanics, music, sound effects, and software — are owned by KillerMatch and are protected by intellectual property laws worldwide. The KillerMatch name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of KillerMatch. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT • WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KILLERMATCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR €20 (TWENTY EUROS) IF YOU HAVE MADE NO PURCHASES.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction. For users in the European Union: Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under EU consumer protection law, including the right to withdraw from digital content purchases where applicable.
